Rojas Consulting plans and runs the technology projects your staff actually touch: device refreshes, software rollouts, upgrades and office moves, for small and mid-size businesses, schools and nonprofits. Backed by 20 years of technology leadership in financial services.
An example of the plan every client gets. Each project is scheduled around how your team works.

I've spent two decades in financial services technology, managing projects from planning through rollout and leading global support teams that kept users productive across regions and time zones. It's an industry where systems have to stay up and every change is planned, tested and documented.
Rojas Consulting brings that same discipline to organizations that don't have a large IT department.
